You will receive a confirmation letter via e-mail indicating payment of the 30% deposit for your stay.

No charge will be applied for bookings cancelled or changed up to 14 days before the arrival date and the 30% deposit will be reimbursed. After expiry of this period, in the event of cancellation or failure to arrive, the total amount due for the stay will be billed.
